Ok PokeGen should be used only for your personal game and no hacks should be used on the site against anyone in an official battle. Remmeber anyone can accuse you of hacking, just don't do it.
HOW TO USE POKEGEN:
1.-Download the pokegen program here http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?6424-Download-link-and-information
2.-Open Pokegen.
3.-Create
the pokemon you want by modifying what you want.
4.-Save the pokemon file as whatever you want.
5.-Go to the following page:http://www.500mb.us/upload_file.php
Upload the pokemon file and press submit.
7.-Go to your pokemon game and into the wifi settings, scroll all the way down to auto obtain dns and select NO
8.-Then in primary DNS put the following numbers you see on the website where you submitted your pokemon file, save the settings
